I love the product and that is why I continue to order it, however there was a problem with delivery. I was supposed to get it the following day and did not receive it until a week later. I had written three emails to inquire about my order and never received a reply. Another irrating thing is that there is no phone number where to call when you the my emails appeared to be ignored. As much as I love the product, I am reluctant to order in the future due to the poor customer service.

Thank you for your loyalty and for loving our bronzer. We never promise next day delivery. We use Canada postal service and if there is a delay, it is unfortunately out of our control. We always ship out any orders within 24 hours of receiving it.

Hi, I have used the bronzer over the years. This time it doesn't seem to go on as evenly as before. Not sure if it is my technique or if the product has changed.
